How to use it
Use it once or twice a week, preferably in the evening, alternating with a regular toothpaste (it can also be used daily). Brush your teeth for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse and check if there is any green colour left on the teeth. If so, brush again, without toothpaste, until the green colour disappears.
ELGYDIUM PLATE REVERSE does not stain orthodontic appliances.
