How to use it
Apply twice a day.
Dispense a small amount of product onto damp hands and massage into Face with fingertips, avoiding the eye area.
Rinse with lukewarm water and pat skin dry.
In the evening, apply the mousse after removing your skin's make-up with Take The Day Off™ Cleansing Balm for a complete double cleanse.

An interesting idea that falls short of expectations.I bought this expecting something that performed as well as the cleansing balm but this didn't fit the bill at all. It lacks both the makeup removal and the skin softening qualities of the balm. The texture is novel, but it leaves behind a waxy residue that needs to be removed with another face wash and so doesn't work as either the first or second step in a double cleanse.

Stings your eyesI bought 2 of these when you withdrew my cleansing lotion It is awful. Tiny little notice saying" avoid eyes" difficult when rinsing it off! It is so thick, you have to wet your face before using it When I thought it was empty, I cut the tube open , and a weeks supply still in the tube. I like a simple cleansing lotion in a bottle I have used Clinique for 20 years, and like everything else

Makes your skin so clean!I ended up getting this product in a bonus buy and im so happy with it i use it along side my three set routine and i have noticed a big difference in how clean and soft my skin feels

Very Disappointing - don't waste your moneyI love the Take the Day Off range and was keen to try this product, but I really wish I hadn't wasted my money. It's just the rinse off foaming cleanser in a different bottle! I used a small amount, it foamed up well but took several rinses to clear it off my face and it left my skin feeling uncomfortably tight. It took a tonne of moisturiser to get rid of the tightness. If I could I'd send it back for a refund. Will be sticking to the balm in future.

What a mistakeUsually use the balm but thought I would give this a try. Really don'Jt like it, leaves my skin dry and sore in places. Will stick with the balm in future

Melts away makeupAs a hardcore Take The Day Off Cleansing balm fan, I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the mousse texture but can honestly say I love it! It melts away makeup leaving my skin feeling clean and refreshed. Super gentle & doesn't irritate my sensitive skin - I feel like it's a spa-like experience in my own bathroom. The scent is slightly different from the Take The Day off Balm but still pleasant! I've been using with warm water & then splashing my face with cold water at the end - super refreshing!

Removes every scrap of makeupExcellent make up removal skills. It says to avoid eyes but I found no sensitivity and it destroyed my fibre mascara which most cleansers struggle with. I personally did find it a bit drying so deducted one star for that. I would say you will enjoy this if you have oily skin.
