Use the gentle cleansing milk every evening to remove make-up from the face. Pour a few drops on a clean cotton pad. Apply to your face, lips and eyes. Gently massage into your skin with your fingertips to help remove makeup and impurities. No need to rinse. This gentle cleansing milk is a perfect way to remove make-up every night without damaging your skin.

How do I use it?
Apply a small amount to a cotton pad or directly with clean fingertips. Gently massage over the face and neck to lift makeup and impurities, then:
- Either rinse off with water - Or remove the excess with a cotton pad soaked in toner or thermal water
Is it suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers?
Yes — the formula is non-irritating and ophthalmologically tested, making it suitable for sensitive eyes, even if you wear contact lenses. It removes eye makeup gently, without stinging or causing dryness.
Can it be used without rinsing?
Absolutely. This is one of its strengths — the cleanser can be left on the skin, providing a soft, hydrated finish without disrupting the moisture barrier. Ideal for skin that reacts poorly to tap water.
Does it remove all types of makeup?
It’s designed to remove light to moderate makeup from both face and eyes. If you’re wearing waterproof or long-wear makeup, we recommend pairing it with a dedicated waterproof remover for best results.

Not great[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have sensitive skin and it irritated my skin immediately once I applied it. I have not had a reaction like this before. I am sure it’s a lovely product but I would suggest a patch test on skin if you have sensitive skin

Very gentle cleanser[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mild rosacea on one of my cheeks and have to be careful with what products I use. I love the Avène products as they always work well and don’t leave my skin irritated at all. This cleanser is the same. It takes make up off my face with ease and my skin is lovely and clean afterwards!

Really like it[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is great, I have really dry, sensitive skin during the winter and this has been fab for me, easily removes all my makeup and is so gentle on my skin. It’s really mildly scented which is great for people like me who can’t deal with the overwhelming scents in some products. My only problem is that it’s a bit awkward to get out of the bottle, I’d love a pump top version

Great cleanser.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for a while now and i am really impressed with it, it's gentle on the skin and it still removes the makeup. It has a mild smell, I use a cotton pad and it works well to remove all makeup. It's made from 98 percent of natural ingredients.
The bottle is 100 percent recycled plastic so helps the environment plus the bottle can be recycled. Would recommend this cleanser.

Easy to use[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how soft the product is on skin, especially around the eye area, it helps remove mascara and mascara residue without stinging the eyes or harming the skin.
