How to use it
After each meal, apply Elmex Sensitive to a slightly damp brush, then brush teeth and gums for 2 to 3 minutes using circular movements. Do not use on Children under 7 years of age. Brush gently with a soft toothbrush. It is recommended that you brush your teeth after each meal. Consult your dentist regularly.
