How to use it
Stick out your tongue. Gently insert the tongue scraper into your mouth. Use the hard edge to rub the surface of the tongue from base to tip. Start at the centre and work towards the sides. Repeat the action using the rubber edge. After each pass, rinse the tongue scraper with water. Rinse your mouth.
