Apply evenly every morning to the face and areas of the body that will be exposed to the sun during the day1:
- 1 press to the neck
- 1 press to the neck and chest
- 1 press to each hand
- 2 presses to the face
- 2 presses to each forearm
- 3 presses to the scalp.
Do not exceed 26 presses in total per day. Reapply if exposed for extended periods, after heavy sweating or contact with water.
Avoid direct sun exposure by wearing protective clothing (hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.).
