Clearskin SOS pimples from the Eau précieuse laboratory is a topical skincare product designed to eliminate pimples and other skin irregularities overnight, leaving skin smoother and more even the next morning. It is primarily designed for acne-prone skin, such as that of teenagers or women in general due to hormonal variations (menstruation, taking the pill, pregnancy).
It contains salicylic acid, an ingredient renowned for its purifying and smoothing qualities on skin imperfections and pimples. When used locally, it reduces thickening, pimples and lesions, while contributing to cell renewal to promote healing. Clearskin SOS pimples care combines this ingredient with lactic acid which, as a very good keratolytic, eliminates scales and dead skin, likely to slow down cell renewal under normal circumstances. Allantoin, which completes the formula, spreads its soothing and healing qualities to ward off the risk of inflammation and itching, while glycerine and water ensure good penetration of the product and help maintain a high level of skin hydration, despite its drying action on the surface.
