Nivea Soft Awful New Formula[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having read the reviews regarding the new Nivea Soft formula I am in full agreement.
I used the old formula for nearly 40 years with no issues but find the new vegan friendly version makes my face sting. No doubt it’s due to cheap ingredients added to make more profit. Shame on you Nivea, it’s not all about profit. I too have bought a big tub and didn’t notice the change in formula. What a waste of money!
Please listen to your loyal customers and deliver a quality product over quantity.
I will now need to source an alternative product elsewhere and I’m sure I’m not the only one!

Please, please give us back original Nivea soft.Just needed to add my voice to those begging you to bring back the old formula. I have dry sensitive skin and have used the product for decades. The new formula stings my face and simply doesn't do the wonderful job that the old formula did. Please, please listen to your loyal customers and reinstate the product we all loved.

Awful new formulaNew vegan formula is awful. Apply before make up, doesn’t sink in and makes your foundation cakey and won’t blend in properly. Very disappointed. I managed to purchase a big tub of the old formula some time ago but I’m running out and it appears nowhere has any of the old formula left. I won’t be purchasing Nivea moisturising cream again unless the old formula is brought back. Please listen to your customers!🙏

New Vegan Nivea SoftI have used this for many years and never had a problem. It was an excellent moisturiser! I was bought some for my birthday and noticed a different smell. Didnt think much about it but my skin started to itch after 2 days of using it then red spots appeared. I suddenly realised the only product I had been using was Nivea.
Im so disappointed as I now need to find something else to use.
What a shame you changed it !

Please change it back!I’ve been using this cream everyday for over 20 years and I am so sad you’ve changed it. It is much thinner and less moisturising, it smells stronger of a not pleasant perfume, just overall this is such a poor decision. Please, please go back to the original formula.

RubbishIts not good at all anymore. Used to be such good formula. My go to cream. Since they’ve changed to this vegan its become so drying. So sad… change it back to what it was!!
