How to use it
How should Gilbert sodium bicarbonate be used?
Use no more than once a week to help protect tooth enamel. Place a small amount on a wet toothbrush. Brush your teeth for three minutes, as you would with a regular toothpaste. Rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing.
To use as a mouthwash, dilute one teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in a glass of water. Rinse your mouth, then spit it out. Do not swallow the solution.
