There's something timeless, eternal and moving about this fragrance. In 1806, Jean-Marie Farina inherited the original formula for Eau de Cologne, nicknamed Eau Admirable for its marvellous properties. A perfect olfactory balance between a bouquet of citrus fruits and the Gentle scent of Mediterranean flowers enhanced with aromatic herbs, its formula became the object of covetousness. To avoid the legion of counterfeits, its composition was kept secret and patented by order of the courts and the Royal Court of Paris. Its bottle, adorned in gold and red, bears the signature of Jean-Marie Farina, the seal of its authenticity.
