How to use it
To open : Squeeze the cap and turn. To close: Twist the cap until it locks into place.
Instructions for use: Use twice a day. Particularly effective in the morning and evening after brushing. Pour 20ml (4 x 5ml teaspoons) into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. Use 10ml for Children aged 6 to 12.
