How to use it
From the age of 3. Apply 2-6 sprays a day in each nostril, as often as necessary.
Remove the protective cap.
Gently insert the nasal applicator into one nostril and press the pump to apply the product.
Allow excess solution to drain away, then blow your nose.
Repeat the process with the other nostril.
Clean the nozzle with water and dry well.
Recap the bottle with the protective cap until next use.
