Ducray Dexyane Palpebral Eyelid Eczema Treatment is a medical device specially formulated to soothe and repair eyelids prone to atopic or contact eczema. This dermatological treatment acts as a semi-occlusive dressing, providing immediate relief from itching, redness and irritation while strengthening the delicate skin barrier of sensitive areas.
Skin restoration with antibacterial action
The formula combines glycerin, shea butter and triglycerides to correct dryness and restore the skin's natural hydration. Natural polysaccharides create a protective surface film that shields against external aggressors and reduces adhesion of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), commonly involved in eczema flare-up infections.
Dermatological tolerance and precautions
Suitable from 3 months old, Dexyane Palpebral can be used alone or as follow-up to topical corticosteroid treatments. Its non-sticky texture allows easy application to the delicate eyelid area. As a CE-marked medical device, avoid direct contact with eyes. Use is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to insufficient safety data for these populations.

How to use it
How to use Ducray Dexyane?
Apply a thin layer 1 to 2 times daily to irritated areas of the eyelids using a clean finger. Take care to avoid the immediate eye area. This treatment can complement or follow a prescribed corticosteroid treatment.
Tip: Wash your hands before and after application to help reduce the risk of infection.
