How to use it
How to use Machouyou?
Wear for at least 1 hour per day and all night. Position the smooth side between the upper and lower teeth, end to end. Keep your mouth closed and breathe through your nose. The device stays naturally in place thanks to your lips and cheeks—no need to clench.
