How to use Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleansing Lotion?
Apply to damp or dry skin, gently massaging into the face and body. With water: rinse thoroughly. Without water: remove excess with a soft cotton pad or clean cloth.

Not good for sensitive skin.i bought this a few months ago and didn’t realise this product was the reason for me flaring up, i switched my moisturiser and my skin was doing good. I ran out of my moisturiser this morning so turnt to cetaphil as i’ve said i really didn’t know this was the thing flaring me up. Not even a minute later my nose bridge and forehead became red and irritated i washed it off immediately and my skin is only just calming down. I’ve read a lot of reviews on this website and boots and everyone is saying the same thing, “the formula changing” if you look at the ingredient list they’ll tell you it includes niacinamide, you hear good things about this ingredient yet people with sensitive skin are most likely to react to it. Also contains alcohol and Sodium Benzoate which a lot of people with sensitive are commonly going to react to it avoid this product if you have sensitive skin and look for other alternatives.

Terrible. So Disappointed by Formula ChangeWhy have the ingredients in this moisturiser been changed? It's always been my go-to cream for my super sensitive skin. Unfortunately, the addition of Niacinamide has caused a severe reaction for me. Such a shame, as I really relied on the previous formula.

Why change the formula ?I bought the new formula lotion a while back on an offer and have only just started using it as previous lotion (old formula) has run out. I’ve noticed I’m having a breakout on my face. Disappointed that the formula has changed from being plain with no frills to three extra added unnecessary ingredients. Please go back to old formula.

Greasy doesn't absorb wellSurprised at comments saying this product absorbs well and isn't greasy as its been the complete opposite for me, I don't have greasy nor dry skin but this leaves a really greasy oilily feeling on my face and doesn't dry in whatsoever can still move the product about my face hours later and I'm not even applying that much. It sits on top of my face and it's difficult to apply makeup because of the oil. Don't know if it's going to be any good for fine lines or wrinkles, wish I would have read the description better.

Brilliant cream[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy that I used this cream on myself. It’s very rich and moisturising. My hands don’t feel rough and dry anymore. It’s the best thing I would recommend. And it’s usable on all parts of the body.

Great for sensitive skin[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lotion is nice, it is suitable for sensitive skin and it doesnt block my pours, I havnt had any breakouts while using this lotion which is a huge relief, it is a really light moisturiser and helps to keep my skin calm, it has left my skin soft and clear
