La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ lipid-replenishing cleansing oil is a gentle cleanser for dry to very dry skin, particularly skin prone to atopic eczema. It cleanses while helping to maintain the skin’s natural balance.
A complete approach to dryness
The formula targets three factors associated with dry, atopic-prone skin. Aqua Posae Filiformis helps rebalance and stabilise the skin microbiome, helping to space out periods of severe dryness. Shea butter helps restore and protect the skin barrier. Lipikar AP+ cleansing oil also helps protect the skin from the drying effects of limescale. Enriched with soothing Niacinamide, it provides cleansing suited to the needs of fragile skin.
A gentle formula for the whole family
Made with a minimum number of ingredients selected for their effectiveness and tolerance, this formula also aims to minimise the risk of allergies. It is fragranced and has been tested under paediatric and ophthalmological control. The cleansing oil can be used on intimate areas, the face, body and scalp. Its oily texture gently cleanses and rinses away easily, while its formula does not sting the eyes. It is therefore suitable for different washing routines when skin needs gentle cleansing care.

How to use it
How to use La Roche-Posay Lipikar?
Use in the shower on wet skin. Pour a few drops into your hand, work into a lather, then apply all over the body. Rinse gently and pat dry without rubbing. Suitable for dry or eczema-prone skin, from birth and for the whole family.
For use in the bath, add five pumps to the water while the bath is filling. Then rinse the skin gently and pat dry without rubbing. This cleansing oil contains fragrance.
