HEBE is the ideal seamless menstrual underwear for medium flows and first periods, with a cut specially designed for teenage girls. Thanks to its menstrual membrane made from three high-performance materials (one draining, one absorbent + antibacterial and one waterproof + breathable) it will give you Serenity and performance during your period:

Bottom: 51% hydrophilamide, 42% polyamide, 7% elastane
Absorbent: 100% polyester
Membrane: 86% polyester, 14% polyurethane

How to use it

1 - Flow guide: For the first few days of your period, choose a model for heavy flow, and for the middle and end of your period, a model for medium or light flow.
- medium flow = 2 tampons
- heavy flow = 4 tampons

2 - Size guide:
10/12 years 76-82 cm waist circumference ;
12/14 years 82-86 cm waist circumference;
14/16 years or 86-90 cm waist circumference;

3 - Care guide: SMOON seamless menstrual underwear is very easy to care for!
Rinse with cold water after each use.
To wash, machine wash at 30° maximum.
Leave to air dry.
