How to use it
Here's our advice on how to brush your teeth with our gentle Toothpaste for perfect Hygiene:
Brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes after each meal, using vertical strokes starting from the root of each tooth.
We recommend using a soft-bristled toothbrush to avoid damaging sensitive gums.
In addition to brushing, you can use baking soda mouthwashes. If you are undergoing cancer treatment, it is important to use those prescribed by your medical team. Baking soda mouthwashes can help neutralise acids in the mouth, reduce plaque and promote better oral hygiene.
