How to use it
Use as often as necessary.
Take about 45 cm of thread and wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving a few centimetres of thread in the centre. Tension the thread by pinching it between your thumbs and forefingers. Gently slide the taut wire between the teeth, up to the gum line. Then, holding the wire against the tooth, make a vertical movement from the gum towards the tooth. One section of wire should be used per interdental space.
