How to use it
1. Cut and stretch a 20cm piece of dental floss between your hands. 2. Gently pass the floss between the teeth and slide it along the surface of the tooth with a gentle up and down and back and forth movement. Do not press too hard on the gums to avoid damaging them. 3. Always use a new piece of dental floss for a new interdental space. 4. Then rinse your mouth with water.
