How to use Eucerin Atopicontrol?
Apply the cream morning and evening to clean, dry skin. Gently spread over the face and neck and chest until fully absorbed.
This care is suitable for babies from 1 month old and for sensitive skin prone to atopic conditions. Use daily to soothe and protect the skin.

Why did you change this??This new version of the formula is so disappointing. I used the old formula (with the oval shaped screwtop) for many, many years, and with brilliant results - it was the only product that kept my skin clear, or calmed my facial eczema/rosacea during really horrible hormone related flareups. It even came to me recommended by a dermatologist and I never looked back!
This new version stings on application, is not absorbed by my skin, causes breakouts, does not seem to tackle any of the dryness issues I have and combines terribly with any spf or makeup over the top of it. I really hope that Eucerin sees these reviews and reverts to the original formula because there are negative reviews of this new version everywhere I look!

Why new formula[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old formula was incredible, moisturising, light, and the only thing that really worked for my eczema prone skin. The new formula causes break outs and redness, is heavy, and not moisturising enough. Such a disappointment and I’m really sad to have to find a new cream that works for my skin now as this one doesn’t anymore.

new formula is really bad[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The old formula was soo soo good, and worked wonders for my eczema prone skin. However, the new formula does not work the same anymore, it causes a lot of redness in my face and red bumps. The cream no longer feels the same in my hands either, it is sticky and heavy compared to the old one which was so light and nice. Really poor decision to go to a new formula without infomring customers, I now need to find something else that works for my skin.

Reformulation is awfulThe new formula is not good. I gave it a good try, as I trusted Eucerins previous formula and expected any change they made to be a beneficial improvement and deemed necessary for the users of the product.
But it is sticky, waxy and sits on the skin. My skin is not soothed with this product nor improved over time, infact its the opposite with this formula, it has regressed into a red, tight uncomfortable skin with breakouts, I suspect this is from the shea butter. Using this new product is not a viable option for me. I do hope Eucerin take on board the feedback of many of its consumers that relied on and trusted the original.

New Formula is awfulSo sad, I used the original formals for years and it transformed my skin and was the only moisturiser I could use. The new formula piles on my skin and makes it red and itchy, please bring the old formula back.

Terrible new formulaUsed the original product for years. This is now a thick and tacky cream that just sits on the surface of the skin. Absolutely not fit for purpose. Why???
