How to use it
How to use Elmex Sensitive Professional toothpaste?
Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day for 2 minutes using a soft toothbrush. For rapid relief of sensitive gums, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste directly to the affected areas with your finger. Gently massage for 1 minute, 1-2 times a day.
Ideal for use alongside a suitable mouthwash. Consult your dentist if symptoms persist.
