How to use Elmex Sensitive toothpaste?
Brush your teeth after every meal using a soft-bristled toothbrush, lightly dampened. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and gently brush in circular motions for 2–3 minutes, covering both teeth and gums.
To help maintain sensitivity relief, avoid brushing too hard. For optimal oral care, regular check-ups with your dentist are recommended.
