How to use it
How to use Elmex Anti-Caries toothpaste?
For children aged 6 to 12: apply a pea-sized amount to the toothbrush. Brush teeth twice a day, morning and evening, for two minutes.
For children under 6: use under adult supervision to limit swallowing.
