How to use it
Floss at least once a day, after meals, to complement brushing Take about 45 cm of floss and wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving a few centimetres of floss in the centre. Stretch the floss between your thumbs and forefingers and slide it gently between your teeth as far as your gums. Holding the wire against the tooth, make vertical movements from the gum towards the tooth.
