How to use it
Use: Brushing with a pea-sized amount of toothpaste once a day from 6 months to 3 years (done by an adult) and at least twice a day from 3 to 6 years (done or assisted by an adult).
Back and forth: to keep the top of the teeth clean. Circles: to clean the external surfaces, it's easy! Zigzag: to clean the inside of your teeth.
