Earwax is a yellowish-brown, wax-like substance produced by glands in the ear canal to lubricate, protect and clean it. The wax and particles trapped in the ear canal move along the ear canal until they reach the ear opening, where they are expelled. In some people, this wax can build up, leading to ear pain and partial hearing loss. Cerudrop+ ear drops contain glycerol, which softens earwax, and urea peroxide, which releases oxygen to break down hardened earwax deposits.

How to use it
Tilt your head to one side so that the treated ear is facing upwards and squeeze the bottle to drop 3 to 6 drops of Cerudrop+ into the ear. Keep your head tilted for a few minutes to allow the drops to penetrate the earwax. Keep the drops in the ear for a few minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water or washing solution to remove any remaining earwax. Wipe off any excess drops in the ear with a tissue or cotton wool. Repeat the treatment once or twice a day to remove earwax, or once a week to prevent earwax build-up. The treatment should last between 3 and 6 days, after which time an improvement should be seen. As the earwax begins to soften, before it is removed, it may swell slightly, causing a feeling of fullness in the ear, temporarily affecting hearing and occasionally causing slight dizziness or affecting balance. A temporary tingling sensation may occur. If these symptoms persist or worsen, or if you experience any other side effects or a burning sensation, stop using Cerudrop+ ear drops and ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

Contraindication: Do not use Cerudrop+ ear drops if : - your eardrum has been damaged or perforated, or if you suffer from an infection or any other problem related to your ears (eczema, itching, dermatitis or other local skin problem), - you are sensitive to any of the ingredients. Precautions for use: Children must receive advice from a Professional before using the ear solution, to check for the presence of earwax. Cerudrop+ ear solution should only be used in the ear. Avoid contact with the eyes. In the event of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice. Do not use if the eardrum has been damaged or perforated, in the event of infection or any other ear-related problem (eczema, itching, dermatitis or any other local skin problem). Do not swallow. Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not use at the same time as other ear treatments. Do not insert hearing aids immediately after use, wait 15 minutes for any residue to be removed. Make sure the tamper-evident ring is intact before using for the first time. For external use only. Keep out of the reach and sight of Children. Do not store above 25°C. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the box and base of the bottle. Use within 30 days of first opening; write the date of first application on the box (in the designated place). After use, dispose of the packaging in accordance with local regulations.
