Before any sun exposure, apply the product in sufficient quantity; Please renew the application frequently.
Do not expose yourself to the hottest hours, from 11am to 3pm. Use sunscreen (big hat, glasses, T-shirt ...) Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. To respect the level of protection indicated by the "sun protection factor", apply a layer of 2 mg / cm² of skin, which corresponds to about 36 grams (6 teaspoons) of sunscreen for the body.
