How to use it
How to use Aagaard nasal spray?
Spray 1 to 2 times into each nostril as needed. One spray is enough to moisturise. To remove dry secretions, spray generously, then place a piece of absorbent cotton wool in each nostril for 2-3 minutes.
For individual use only. Use within 30 days of opening. Not recommended for children under 4 or anyone allergic to bee products.
