The micro-beads, without medicinal assets, allow thermotherapy by the hot and thermotherapy by the cold.

The Multizone Kinecare® VM-GB3 Microgel Gel Thermal Pad is a class I medical device, a regulated health product that is CE marked under the regulations.
Cold use - Keep in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Apply the product to the treated area for a maximum of 20 minutes, taking care to pause for 20 minutes between applications.
- Make sure the temperature of the product is suitable before application
Hot use Microwave heating: - Place the thermal pad flat in the center of the microwave oven.
- Make sure that the edges of the oven do not touch the walls of the microwave oven
- Warm up the thermal pad with the temperature and time indicated.
- The temperature of the product may be higher on its edges. It is advisable to knead it to distribute the heat throughout the product.
- Always check the temperature of the product (it must be uniform on all parts) before use to avoid burns.
- If the thermal pad is too hot, let it cool down.
- If the thermal pad is not hot enough, put it back into the microwave oven, turning it over on the opposite side.
Observe the additional heating time recommended in the table below. Attention the product should not be too hot so that the application remains comfortable.
- Apply it to the treated area for up to 20 minutes, leaving 20 minutes between applications.
