How to use Thalgo Activ Slimming Fat Binder?
For a 15-day slimming course, take 1 tablet after each meal (3 per day). In cases of dietary excess, 3 tablets after a rich meal will suffice. Remember to drink 2 litres of water daily to optimise the effect of the fibres and prevent any digestive discomfort.

Hi if you take the thalgo active blocker at the same.instant with a contraceptive pill what happens .as I didn't know if I am supposed to take it together.as I take my pill before I sleep and I took the.thalgo right after I eat which were at the same time
