The Omron RS4 automatic wrist blood pressure monitor is easy to use, portable and accurate for all body shapes.

How to use it
Place the bracelet on the left wrist. Raise the sleeve. Make sure that the raised sleeve is not too tight on the arm. This could restrict blood flow to the arm.
Insert your wrist into the wristband Curls. Both the palm and the monitor screen should be facing upwards.
Position the wristband, leaving a distance of 1 to 2 cm between the wristband and the bottom of your palm.
Wrap the wristband tightly around your wrist. Do not apply to Textiles. Make sure there is no gap between the wrist and the wristband.
