How to use it
HUMER STOP ALLERGIES spray is suitable for pregnant women and children aged 3 and over.
Apply 1 to 2 sprays (or as advised by your doctor) in each nostril:
Adults and adolescents from 15 years of age: up to a maximum of 5 times a day Age 9 to 15: up to a maximum of 3 times a day Age 3 to 9: up to once a day
