Bamboo contains around 10 times more silica than horsetail and around 20 times more than Nettle.

How to use it

SHAKE WELL BEFORE EACH USE.
Dilute 1 dose of 10 ml or 15 ml using the measuring cap in approximately 10 times its volume of water at room temperature.
Stir with a spoon.
One 10 ml dose per day for adults under 50, or one 15 ml dose for juniors, provides the bamboo content required for the desired effects, and is supplemented with marine collagen.
Drink it first with a meal.
You can also prepare a litre of diluted, ready-to-drink plant-based organic silicium from Silistica concentrate in advance: dilute 100 ml of Silistica in a bottle containing around 900 ml of water or the plant-based drink of your choice (Almond, Oats, Coco, etc), stirring the bottle well and keep in a cool place.
Then simply drink 2 to 3 measuring cups of your ready-to-drink diluted plant silicium every day (100 ml for under 50s or 150 ml for Plus 50s), either all at once at the start of breakfast, or spread out before your main meals.
