This complex of active ingredients helps to maintain normal muscle function during periods of discomfort caused by cramp.
Whether occasional or regular, cramps are involuntary, temporary muscle contractions of various origins:
- Metabolic in origin, cramps can be aggravated by dehydration of the body and deficiencies in potassium, vitamins B1, B5 and B6: it is recommended to drink water regularly, to give preference to fruit and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals, and to eat wholegrain cereals and pulses.
- Cramps can be linked to muscular fatigue: it is advisable to warm up well before practising sport, and to stretch gently without exerting pressure after exercise, to avoid damaging the muscle fibres.
- Finally, cramps may be linked to other pathologies, in which case it is advisable to consult your doctor.
