How to use it

Biofloral Nettle Silicea is a drinkable solution, to be used occasionally or several times a year.
1 bottle of 500 mL is enough for a 1/2 course of treatment, 1/2 capful before meals, 2 to 3 times a day.
1 course of treatment = 2 bottles of 500 mL.
