How to use it
You can use any type of toothpaste.
To avoid splashing, place the brush on your teeth before you start the toothbrush. Then guide the brush gently from one tooth to another, passing a few seconds on the surface of each tooth. Also brush the gums, the outside then the inside and finally the chewing surfaces. Do not press too hard, do not rub, just let the toothbrush do the job.
During the first few days of use, it is possible that the gums bleed slightly. If bleeding persists after two weeks, contact your dentist.
As part of a complete brushing, twice a day for two minutes, these blue hair will lose half their coloring after about three months indicating that it is time to replace the brush. If the bristles crumble before the color disappears, it indicates that you are exerting too much pressure on your teeth and gums.
