How to use it

Drink one ampula a day for a basic programme or two ampulas a day for an intensive programme (equivalent to 6g of artichoke leaves). Dilute the ampulas in a glass of water or fruit juice for a gentler taste. A slight deposit is normal and is naturally due to the composition of the ampulas.
