How to use it

2 tablets a day (1 morning, 1 evening), to be swallowed with a glass of Water, or as advised by a health professional.
For best results, it is recommended that you take the product for 3 months, renewable and then adjusted according to results.

*In cases of premenstrual syndrome, we recommend combining Inovance Evening Primrose CASSIS over a period of 3 months, then adjusting the dose according to results or the advice of a healthcare professional.
