1- Prepare Baby's usual milk, at cold or warm temperature, just before feeding.
Always remember to wash your hands and work surface before starting.
2- Add the recommended daily amount of Blédina to the milk you've just prepared.
It's easy: just follow these recommendations:
Between 6 and 8 months, prepare 210ml of milk + 4 levelled measuring spoons
Between 9 and 12 months, prepare 240ml of milk + 5 level measuring spoons
At 12 months and Plus, prepare 250ml of milk + 6 levelled measuring spoons
Do not add sugar, and reseal the sachet with the 2 stickers
3- Agitate in 2 stages until all the Blédina has dissolved.
First, roll the bottle between your hands
Then up and down, shaking the bottle vertically
4- Check the temperature of the formula on the inside of your wrist
5- Enjoy with baby: Blédine is above all a cuddly moment to share with baby.
It's important to respect Baby's appetite
After the meal, throw away the rest of the bottle that has not been eaten
In order to promote a varied diet, we recommend that bottle-fed cereals be consumed only once a day.
Instant cereals require no cooking
If you are using a thickened infant formula, we recommend that you adapt the teat to 4 holes or speed 3.
Use a bottle with a minimum capacity of 300ml
Store for up to 4 weeks in a cool, dry place
