Mouth spray: Shake the bottle well before each use

Spray Nasal: Blow your nose to clear the nasal passages
Shake the nasal spray vigorously
Spray 2 times into each nostril, keeping your head upright
Repeat during the Night if necessary
Clean the nozzle with water after use
