The composition may be subject to variations, so we advise you to always check the list on the purchased product.

List of active substance:
One 19.2 g medicated collar (48 cm) contains: Active substance: Deltamethrin 0.77 g.

Do not use on puppies under 7 weeks of age.
Do not use on dogs with skin lesions.
Do not use in the event of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to one of the excipients.
Do not use on cats. Deltamethrin is toxic to cats

Dosage and administration: External use only. For cutaneous use.
One collar per dog to be tied around the neck.
Remove the collar from the sachet just before use.
Adjust the collar around the dog's neck so that it is neither too loose nor too tight: two fingers side by side should fit between the collar and the dog's neck.
Trim off any excess over 5 cm after the Curls.
Check regularly and adjust the collar simply by applying pressure to the top of the buckle, then slide the collar into the correct position.

Overdose: In the event of accidental ingestion of the collar, the following symptoms may appear: ataxia, tremors, hypersalivation, vomiting, stiffness of the hindquarters.
These symptoms usually disappear within 48 hours.
For more information on symptomatic treatment, please contact your vet.

As the collar reaches its optimum level of efficiency after one week, the collar should preferably be applied a week before the animal is likely to be exposed to a parasite infestation.
As a general rule, ticks and sandflies will be killed and fall off the host within 48 and 24 hours respectively of exposure without having fed on blood.
The attachment of an isolated tick or the bite of an isolated sandfly after treatment cannot be ruled out.
Consequently, the transmission of infectious diseases by ticks or sandflies cannot be totally ruled out if conditions are unfavourable.
To treat flea infestations optimally in a multi-pet household, all dogs in the household should be treated at the same time.
Fleas on pets often infest their baskets, sleeping areas and usual resting places, such as carpets and upholstery.
In the event of mass infestations, and as soon as pest control measures begin, these areas will need to be vacuumed regularly and treated with a suitable insecticide.

In the event of skin lesions, remove the collar until the symptoms have disappeared.
The influence of a shampoo on the duration of efficiency has not been studied.
Occasional contact with Water does not reduce the collar's efficiency

On very rare occasions, gastro-intestinal symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhoea and hypersalivation have been observed.
In very rare cases, neuromuscular disorders such as ataxia and muscle tremors have been observed.
These symptoms usually disappear within 48 hours of removal of the collar.
If any of these symptoms occur, the collar should be removed and a veterinarian should be contacted.
The frequency of adverse reactions is defined as follows: Very common (adverse reactions in more than 1 in 10 animals treated), Common (between 1 and 10 animals in 100 animals treated), Uncommon (between 1 and 10 animals in 1,000 animals treated), Rare (between 1 and 10 animals in 10,000 animals treated), Very rare (less than 1 animal in 10,000 animals treated, including isolated cases). Use during pregnancy and lactation: Laboratory studies have not demonstrated any teratogenic or embryotoxic effect.
