Grintuss is a product based on honey and molecular complexes which exerts a protective action and therefore a lenitive action on the upper tracts.
It works on dry cough by fighting against mucous membrane irritation and oily cough by promoting hydration and mucus removal.
Grintuss Adult tablets is produced through innovative extraction and production processes that concentrate the polysaccharide fractions, resins and flavonoids responsible for the muco-adhesive and protective action of the mucosa.
The Honey present in the formulation contributes to this activity and gives a pleasant taste to the tablets. Grintuss is a product with ingredients from organic farming and gluten free.
INDICATIONS Grintuss Adult tablets are indicated for the treatment of dry and oily cough in adults and children from 12 years of age.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Grintuss Adult tablets protects the mucosa by soothing irritation, moisturizes and promotes mucus clearance through the following mechanisms of action:
Barrier effect: it forms a protective film that adheres to the mucosa and protects it from contact with irritants
Muco-regulatory action: it stimulates the hydration of the mucus and promotes its elimination
Lubricant action: it reduces the friction in the pharynx that causes coughing
Grintuss modulates the cough without suppressing it , thus respecting its important role of defense of the upper respiratory tracts.

How to use it
